Does this watch only take proprietary bands? The replacement bands on the Garmin website are waaaay too expensive.Back to product

  1. The Instinct will work with any of the quick fit 22 bands which we also use on our Fenix 5 line. We always suggest and recommend use of official Garmin accessories but there may be third party options available.
